The Wellbeing Department aims to create a respectful and safe school environment for all the school community members, taking into account the physical, social, emotional and intellectual aspects to promote the best in each one of them. Teaching and non-teaching staff offer the best guidance to students as they grow and develop in the school.

Wellbeing

For younger students, the class teacher and learning assistant are the initial points of contact for help and advice, either through their class teaching or on an individual basis. Our pastoral and wellbeing leader ensures all students' needs are planned for and met through the curriculum and assembly programme, as well as providing counselling to support students' emotional needs and wellbeing as needed on an individual basis.

Food and Nutrition

The school provides healthy balanced meals using natural ingredients. A healthy diet is promoted through Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) lessons. The school accommodate special diets on request.
